This is maternity leave coverage. What you'll do Reporting to the P&C Manager, you'll drive operational excellence by: • Partner with employees and managers to resolve payroll and HR inquiries, ensuring seamless employee experiences • Create and manage employee contracts, amendments, and termination documents in full compliance with Slovak labor laws • Collaborate closely with our external payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing • Drive the onboarding and offboarding experience, making every employee's journey memorable from day one • Analyze and process employee attendance data to support accurate payroll and compliance reporting • Lead our comprehensive benefits program including lunch vouchers, Multisport cards, English courses, and wellness initiatives • Maintain and optimize HR data integrity across Web Globe and SuccessFactors systems • Support tax settlement processes and ensure all regulatory requirements are met • Continuously improve our local processes and documentation, keeping our team ahead of regulatory changes What you bring • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 2+ years of HR operations experience, preferably in a multi-functional role • Strong knowledge of Slovak labor laws and HR compliance requirements • Experience with HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in MS Office suite • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Outstanding communication skills in Slovak and English • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders • Experience managing employee benefits programs Great-to-haves • Experience with SuccessFactors or similar enterprise HR systems • Previous experience working with external payroll providers • Knowledge of international HR practices or experience in multinational companies Employee perks, benefits • Annual bonus up to 10% of yearly salary • Fully covered food coupons (10.00€) • Multisport card • Teambuilding and sport events • English language courses • Employee referral bonus of 1700€ • Wide range of opportunities for your career progression • Gift cards in sum of 350 Euro for special life occasions such as your own wedding or child birth • Company Recognition Program • Snacks and refreshment in the office Salary Base salary starting at 22,000 gross per year. Actual salary is likely to be higher depending on each individual candidate.
