Caterpillar Hungary is seeking a new Financial Analyst to join our team. This role involves supporting the company's daily operations by gathering, organizing, and interpreting necessary information to provide comprehensive reports.

What You Will Do: 

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and analyses for local management (e.g.: actual vs plan analysis, inventory control, cost control)Actively participating in monthly closing tasks and optimizing the processes of the finance and accounting department (primarily using Excel and Power BI). Playing a key role in compiling and monitoring annual and quarterly plans. Assisting project managers in managing the company's fixed assets and investments. Actively participating in product cost calculation and analysis

 

We are looking for candidates who: 

Hold a degree in finance, accounting, or economics/economic informatics. Have no difficulty interpreting accounting relations. Value accuracy and precision in their work and approach new tasks proactively. Have practical experience in data analysis and visual presentation of results. Successfully apply appropriate communication strategies when cooperating with internal and external decision-makers, in both English and Hungarian. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Practical knowledge of Power BI. Flexible approach to new tasks.
