**Job Summary:**
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for revenue and market share growth within a defined geographic market area in cooperation with the Strategic Sales & Customer Success Managers. Success requires a diverse skill set of recruiting new business over shorter sales cycles, managing the onboarding process, account success planning and establishing ongoing account growth expectations to meet and exceed targets.

**Where is the work:**
This position has been designated as Remote, and work will be performed in Florida.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Achieve Growth Objectives: Secure budgeted sales while achieving margin goals for the defined market area.
+ Create & Win New Business: Identify prospects, research contacts, define business opportunities, and execute plans to secure new business.
+ Grow Active Accounts: Use Life Cycle Account Management to identify maturity stages for active accounts and develop account-specific business plans to achieve sales targets.
+ Team Collaboration: Work with internal team members to utilize diverse inputs and perspectives to strengthen strategy and execution.
+ Develop Trusted Advisor Role: Cultivate strong working relationships within all organizational levels of current distributors, facilitate needed
+ sales and technical training and integrate customer goals with sales plan goals for mutual growth.
+ Industry Trend Awareness: Maintain deep knowledge of competitors' offerings and strategies, including disruption trends and new market entrants.
+ Activity Reporting: Maintain activity targets and report actions taken to achieve intermediate goals in cooperation with team members and established sales processes.

+ New Account Creation: Experience with prospecting, quantifying opportunities, communicating value propositions, handling objections, and providing industry insights to challenge the status quo.
+ Business and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, including at the consumer level.
+ Effective Communication: Ability to present subject matter virtually and in person.
+ Data Analysis: Proficiency in collecting and analyzing data to create actionable plans and results, with the ability to execute.
+ Technical Proficiency: Strong computer usage skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
+ Organizational Skills: Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Personal Attributes: Agility, self-motivation, goal orientation, and resilience.
+ Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment with diverse members of different backgrounds and experiences to achieve business results.
+ Home Office: Must have private home office availability and reliable high-speed internet service.
+ Travel: Ability to travel up to 40%.
+ Education: A college degree is preferred but not required.
+ Experience: 5 years of successful experience in Business Development and/or Sales.
+ Industry Knowledge: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related industry experience is preferred. Knowledge of HVAC products/parts and HVAC systems applications is a plus.
+ Geography: Florida Must live in Florida
**Base Pay Range:** $96,000- $125,000 (Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan).
