Please note that this role is fixed-term for approximately 2 years, until the end of September 2027.

Owner Information Authors are required to participate in the creation of user manuals (vehicle operating instructions) that are fully compliant with Global Authoring Standards and enable our customers to get the maximum benefit from their vehicle/vehicle features. Authors use both standard Office and custom Ford software applications to write content that includes descriptive text and supporting graphics.
You will engage in global projects and work with colleagues from all over the worldYou will manage your own time and priorities in order to meet objectives and report status during regular team meetingsYou will identify new model/feature requirements through future model research in collaboration with Engineering Subject Matter ExpertsYou will support all European vehicle lines in line with communicated timing objectivesYou will be assigned a number of topics and will be responsible for providing the completed content in cooperation with engineersYou will handle product specifications and descriptions that are fully compliant with global conventions to support owner manual development
