WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Owned Media Specialist, you will develop and implement the strategy for owned media channels in close collaboration with global and regional Strategy & Planning teams as well as cross collaborating with other teams within the Region. You will:

Oversee owned media planning, content analysis, development, and distribution to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.Build a comprehensive content calendar based on customer insights, segmentation and commercial plans.Build and manage the owned media plan aligned with the commercial needs and the brand building communication needs.Define segmentation strategy in collaboration with CRM SpecialistManage the daily operations and optimization of owned channels: push and emailAnalyze campaign performance and continuously improve strategies using dataDefine goals and KPI’s and Follow Up themSupport on the Owned Media Budget managementEnsure a strong owned channel perspective in the overall planning process.Collaborate with CRM, Loyalty, Digital, Content Operations, and other regional teams to align actions with business objectives.Support and mentor teams to successfully execute owned media plans.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work closely with global and regional Strategy & Planning teams, Digital, CRM, Loyalty, Content Operations, and the Controlling teams. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across all touchpoints and deliver the right content to the right audience at the right time. Your role includes supporting internal teams and maintaining a feedback loop with insights and content units.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with:

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field (post-graduate degree or certifications are a plus).5+ years of experience in owned media planning, content marketing, or digital communications.Proven skills in owned media strategy, audience engagement, and data analysis.Experience working with Hightouch, Jira and analytical platforms such as Power BIStrong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
