Creation of Logistics schedules.
Increase route efficiency performance.
Implementation of TMS System for internal Fleet.
Audit and review of the integral maintenance process. Compliance and obligations.
Creation and updating of regulations required by SCT, for the Vehicle Transportation.
Management for the accreditation and release of transport procedures with the authorities.
