Job Description:

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:Mentoring and supervising advisors and team coaches on their journey to full MCC accreditation.Ensuring compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland’s Minimum Competency Code.Coaching team members through complex queries and early-stage complaints.Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, and Reporting.Driving continuous improvement and supporting digital transformation initiatives.Maintaining a strong risk culture and robust control environment.

This role reports to the Service Delivery Manager and includes travel within and outside Ireland (up to 30%).

🎯 What We’re Looking For:APA in General Insurance (CIP or QFA preferred).Minimum 2 years’ experience in a CF1 or CF7 leadership role.Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and call centre operations.Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills.A flexible, resilient mindset with a keen eye for detail.
