About the location:

This beautiful resort opened in October 2008, and has 90 one-bedroom villas, 1 Presidential Suite, 45 two-to-five-bedroom residential villas, 5 stunning Food and Beverage venues in addition to managing an off-property beach bar/restaurant, an award-winning over water Spa, 2 tennis courts and a fitness center.

Support the F&B operation by cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, service tableware, operation equipment and all F&B hygiene level according to the Resort's standard.

Job Responsibilities

Executes all tasks assigned by his/her superiorsDemonstrates a high degree of standards awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as role modelAttends all scheduled training sessionsDisplays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden RuleAdheres to the hotel's code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standardsIs seen as working hands-on, assists colleagues in crunch times; Walks the talkActively participates in briefings and meetingsMaintains a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environmentPerforms any other cognate duties as and when required.

Performs daily ware-washing, cleaning and polishing tasks.Maintains highest level hygiene, orderliness and safety standards.Is proficient in the safe handling of all relevant equipment and machinery; reports defects and accidents to management immediately.Prepares mise-en-place of polished and defect free china, silver and glassware for service and production; ensures sufficient supply throughout service.Is knowledgeable about and handles chemicals safely and economically; maintains orderly chemical stores.Assists in the physical inventory process.Accurately posts guest checks, processes payments and adheres to related control procedures in a vigilant manner.Assists in set up and breakdown of buffetsReports and records breakages dailyIs knowledgeable in HACCP procedures (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) applications and promotes strict compliance. Completes Safe Steps program

Special Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in hotels/resorts or reputable stand-alone restaurantsLateral mobility into F&B Service or F&B ProductionTechnical education in Hospitality Management is preferred.
