POSITION SUMMARY:

Follows broadly based directions; trains and develops subordinate Security Department personnel; implement Department Management directives; supervises Security Department personnel; reads and analyzes a wide variety of instructional and training information; interacts and communicates with people representing a wide variety of units and organizations; conducts disciplinary and counseling sessions when necessary; develops department schedules, ensures operational status and conducts weekly random checks of alarm systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Supervise activities of various security personnel Oversee emergency procedures. Supervise the protection of all Nemacolin assets. Conduct company related investigations and surveillance. Advise on course of action on security and safety concerns. Maintain a high level of knowledge in regard to current security laws and policies Issue disciplinary actions when appropriate Maintain and log records of artwork and alarm system. Other Job duties assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

High School Graduate. PA Act 235 certification preferred, not required. Supervisory Experience preferred. At least 1 years’ experience working on a resort required. Able to work various shifts, including flex shift/float position. Must possess excellent leadership skills and be able to make sound decisions, Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Must be able to speak and write English. Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license. Must be able to speak English.
