Delaware North Gaming is searching for a part-time Backside Security Guard to join our team at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. As Backside Security team members, you will work under the Security Manager, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and team members, by the New York  Gaming Commission and applicable operational standards. What will you do?Enforce the rules and regulations of the local gaming commissionAdhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and proceduresReport any incidents, following all departmental and organizational policies and procedures, and report any procedural violations and illegal activityFill out departmental log forms, verifying all paperwork is complete and turned in after shiftsProcess guest complaints, using active listening skills to control difficult situations, and communicate with guests sensitively and with care

Physical requirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, stooping, lifting, reaching, and pushing, with strong manual dexterity and the ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
