The Overnight Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring all appropriate overnight and morning routines are adhered to across OLV Human Services Residential Programs (ITP, OCFS, and RTF). The manager provides daily direction and observation of night staff as well as ongoing supervision and evaluation. This employee provides support and services to staff working with youth served in OLV Human Services. In addition, this position provides crisis support and direction overnight.
Essential Job Duties:
Provides direct supervision to overnight direct care staff assigned to them as their supervisor. Acts as a positive enforcement for all overnight positions. Always acts as a positive enforcement to clients. Ensures that proper routines and procedures are followed during the night and in the morning. Provides supervisory support to programs by making “rounds” throughout the buildings/programs on campus. Assists with training of all overnight direct care staff. Assists with staffing phone coverage. Directs, guides, and monitors staff interactions with clients, including adherence to methods outlined in the client’s treatment plan. Collects and provides information for treatment program planning. Any other duty as assigned by your Supervisor.Skills:
