This is an opportunity to work with advanced systems in a clean, safety-focused environment while earning competitive pay and gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced industry. **Pay:** $28–$31/hour (based on experience) **Schedule:** Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM **Overtime & Weekend Availability Required** **What You’ll Do** + Troubleshoot and repair automated packaging machinery, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and facility systems. + Diagnose and repair electrical circuits, controls, motors, and PLC-controlled equipment. + Perform welding (gas/arc) and soldering when needed. + Support facility systems such as steam, hot water, compressed air, and refrigeration. + Identify, order, and install parts from manuals and schematics. + Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety, and facility cleanliness standards. + Document and communicate repair activities to maintain efficiency and safety. + Contribute to a strong food safety culture by monitoring for contamination risks and following all policies. **What We’re Looking For** + High school diploma/GED **or** 5+ years of related industrial maintenance experience. + Strong mechanical skills with industrial equipment; electrical troubleshooting experience required. + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. + Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and automated machinery. + Basic plumbing, carpentry, and facility maintenance skills. + Experience in food manufacturing or GMP-regulated environments strongly preferred.
