**Description:** We are seeking an entry level and reliable General Maintenance Engineering to join our overnight hotel operations team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe functioning of the property by responding to maintenance needs, covering shifts as required, and supporting overall facility upkeep. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide shift coverage as assigned - OVERNIGHT Shift + Perform routine and emergency maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment. + Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify issues proactively and resolve them promptly. + Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. + Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and equipment status. + Respond quickly and professionally to work orders, guest requests, and safety concerns.
