Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor multi-oven lines to meet production and quality standards
Work in a hot environment, performing physical tasks including full bay cleaning
Follow established procedures using LD display gauges and checklists to monitor operations Respond quickly to alarms and laser indicators to identify and resolve potential issues
Log production data such as weights and moisture levels accurately in computer systems
Ensure all products meet quality specifications
Maintain salt trays, check salt bins, and alert supervisors when bins require replacement
Keep oven areas clean, including removing empty skids and cleaning around kilns

Working hours: 12:45 PM - 9:15 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Experience in a food manufacturing environment
Familiarity with multi-oven systems and production floor equipment
Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced and high-heat setting

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (1 year minimum)
Ability to work independently and stay focused with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Physically capable of working in high-heat environments and completing labor-intensive tasks
Proficiency in English for accurate data entry and communication
Effective verbal communication skills, including radio use
Flexibility to work overtime when required
