Description
The Outside Sales builds customer relationships by visiting customer locations to promote the organization with an emphasis on gaining additional Equipment and Parts/Service business by identifying customer’s needs, communicating, and delivering a solution to the customer.

•\tProvides value to our customers and cultivates positive relationships by selling equipment and parts/service solutions that meet their specific needs. Supports all product lines carried by the organization
•\tLooks for opportunities to grow branch sales through increased business with existing customers, new customers, and owners of competitive equipment.
•\tPromptly follows up with customers and delivers sound advice to help their organization.
•\tFills out call reports after visits and profiles customer’s fleet of equipment using the CRM application
•\tCommunicates customer concerns to the appropriate department manager at the branch when needed.
•\tRequired to help in the annual inventory count of the warehouse.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
•\tHigh school diploma or GED equivalent
•\tKnowledge of database software, online parts books, etc.
•\tAbility to use standard computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Docs
•\t1 to 3 years of Parts or Sales experience
•\tBasic knowledge of Crusher equipment and dealership operations

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
