Our customers demand a high-performance distributor and to continue to meet this demand we are now looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our successful sales team covering the Antwerp and Limburg provinces in Belgium.
This is a great opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience who will manage our customer accounts across these regions. Ideally you will have field sales experience from the Electronic Security industry, however we are keen to speak to candidates from Electrical Wholesale, Trade and other similar industries.
As an Outside Sales Representative you will work closely with the wider sales team to drive revenue across a number of existing accounts whilst continuously hunting new business. You will work with suppliers to deliver revenue growth and increased share of wallet with our customers to ensure an exceptional customer experience for all involve.
JOB DUTIES:
You will identify the market potential and recognise opportunities and threats in the market. You follow developments at competitors and share this information within the organisation.
You will analyse the sales figures, recognise crucial developments and have a plan on how to achieve the turnover and margin objectives.
You will be responsible for planning appointments and supporting customers to place more business with ADI.
Customer management from start to finish with the aim of building a sustainable relationship and growing turnover and margin.
YOU MUST HAVE:
You will be experienced within a field sales role or have equivalent experience
You will be experienced in B2B sales environment
Excellent communication and people skills
Good planning and organisational skills
Driving license
Dutch and English speaker
WE VALUE:
A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices
An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
Experience within the electrical security industry is an advantage
An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships
Commercially astute with an understanding of the dynamics of sales growth, margin and profitability, able to structure deals and work the ADI value proposition
Excellent opening, negotiating and closing skills
