Job Overview

As a Service Sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting maintenance contracts, inspections, and campaign products for the analytical and measurement instruments manufactured and sold by our company.

Job Description

Conduct promotional administrative tasks for maintenance contracts, inspections, and campaign products to dealers and customers.Respond to inquiries from dealers and customers via phone and email.Our customers are primarily pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial manufacturers nationwide in Japan.

Required Experience and Skills

Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external team members, both directly and indirectly.A background in chemistry, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.General knowledge of PC usage.Possession of a standard driver's license and regular driving experience.Ability to explain concepts logically and clearly to customers.Business skills.

Preferred Experience and Skills

Experience as a service engineer or application support for analytical instruments.Work experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or industrial manufacturing or research institutions, with experience using analytical instruments.
