We’re looking for a driven and customer-oriented Outside Sales Representative (m/f/d) to grow our presence in the Vienna and Lower Austria region and strengthen partnerships in the heating and water solutions sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded sales professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering value through innovative building technology solutions. You’ll work closely with planners, architects, housing associations, and project clients, while supporting installers and distributors across the region. With a focus on technical expertise, customer engagement, and project tracking, you’ll play a key role in expanding Resideo’s footprint in the Austrian market.
As one of the key representatives of Resideo in the field, your work will directly contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
JOB DUTIES:
Grow the business in the areas of water fittings, water treatment products, radiator and heating valves, and control systems Acquire new customers among planners, architects, and housing associations Provide expert advice to engineering firms, planning departments of major project clients, and technical departments in the public sector Deliver technical presentations of our building technology solutions in the fields of water and heating Actively track and manage projects and opportunities Make intensive use of our CRM software to identify sales opportunities, optimize our customer database, and ensure consistent follow-up
YOU MUST HAVE:
Proven sales experience in the relevant market sector (HVAC) Ability to match customer needs with our product portfolio in the respective applications Strong skills in presenting customer benefits and system solutions to decision-makers Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach. Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and resilience Good IT skills (MS Office) and CRM familiarity Fluent in German, Good English (Spoken & Written) Residence within the sales region (Vienna / Lower Austria)
