Direct Hire position$24.03 to $28.84 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Build and carry out sales plans that help you hit your personal goals while also supporting the company’s overall successReach out to new prospects, schedule meetings, and look for ways to create new business opportunitiesStay in touch with both new and existing customers, offering solutions to their needs and managing activity in your sales territoryWork closely with your teammates and leaders to grow sales and deliver outstanding customer serviceKeep your sales activity up to date in the company CRM so records for leads and clients are always accurate and organizedRepresent the company in a positive way by following our policies and values in all customer interactionsBe mindful of efficiency and costs, keeping track of job-related expenses and turning them in as neededPartner with accounts receivable to make sure customer invoices are paid on timeOutside Sales Rep Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience in sales, preferably outside salesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeComfortable in front of a variety of clients, including C-level executivesPreferred Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or a related fieldApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
