• Location: Based in Omaha, NE area with travel across a 500-mile territory

 Job Description:Growing manufacturing company is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Manager to drive new business and expand existing relationships across a 500-mile territory around Omaha. Following a recent consolidation and significant investment in equipment, the company is positioned for aggressive growth. This role is ideal for a technical sales professional with manufacturing knowledge who thrives in a hunter role. You will be the front face of the company representing capabilities like laser cutting, robotic welding, powder coating, and more.
Responsibilities:• Identify, develop, and win new business in the custom fabrication space
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Represent technical capabilities to customers with confidence and clarity
• Collaborate with estimating and engineering teams to support quoting and pricing
• Utilize CRM tools, customer databases, and marketing resources to manage and grow pipeline
Qualifications and Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of technical or manufacturing sales experience
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Manufacturing knowledge, especially in equipment or fabrication
• Willingness to travel within the 500-mile radius (75%) with periodic travel to Columbus, NE
