Outside Sales Manager

Drive operational aspects of ongoing Channel Sales projects. You will lead high-level coordination between multiple teams and manage a network of distributors. You will manage regional-specific business plans and strategies that align with corporate initiatives for teams to ensure profitable growth, for intrusion products, software and services. You will manage and maintain contacts with major customers within the region. You will assist distributors in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans for major projects. Identify opportunities to fulfill the corporate strategy and meet changing market conditions. Lead team efforts to solve complex problems for the distributors and channel sales representatives. Help Resideo be the customer's top choice by managing an efficient and effective Sales Channel function. You will also lead the launching of New Products in to LAR Region, including coordination of appropriate certifications and technical-support to key distributors and integrators. 

JOB DUTIES:

Manage Channel Sales Activities Full accountability on Sales and Demand Plan (Sourcing plan) for Intrusion Business. Plan and Manage Projects Provide Customer Support Facilitate Team Alignment Review Status Reports Manage Teams Coordinate Staff support teams such as Marketing, Tech Support and Training .



YOU MUST HAVE:

Minimum of 5 years in a management role. Proven track record in outside sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience Experience in the automation industry, including security products, building automation, HVAC, and Security - Fire industries. Experience supervising a sales team based on annual goals and sales objectives (LATAM). Cross-functional work experience with sales administration, finance, accounts, and marketing at the corporate level. Willingness to travel across Latin America. Valid driver's license. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. Advanced proficiency in written, comprehension and verbal English.
