As an Outside Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new opportunities within your assigned territory. You’ll take a strategic, long-cycle sales approach—building strong, trust-based relationships with prospective clients and crafting tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.

Job responsibilities include:
Outside SalesSelling guarding services and integrated solutions in assigned and dedicated territoryWorking both in-office at the Securitas branch and “door-to-door” in the fieldLong-cycle ApproachMaintaining long-term and relevant “business-to-business” relationshipsConsistently following up on both new and long-standing opportunitiesLocal TerritoryCommuting to the branch office in Bedford, NH, as well as covering the northwestern corner of Massachusetts—including Essex County and the northern part of Middlesex County. The assigned territory will include Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire.Participating in networking activities that support business development in the territory.ResourcesUtilizing provided and self-generated resources to promote, propose, and price solutions. Effectively applying time management, communication, presentation, customer service, and team collaboration skillsExperience4+ years of recent work experience as a “hunter” A well-established and well-maintained network of business relationshipsEducationAn advanced degreeMembership(s), affiliation(s), and/or certification(s)We encourage candidates who have relevant experience and education to apply to this mid-level position.
