With broad experience within process industry and automation projects related to Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Lifecycle Services, Software Solutions you will be accelerating business growth in existing and new prospects, responsible for all sales activities of customers in major industries, to achieve agreed sales, bookings and strategic targets with focus on Emerson’s signature DCS - DeltaV system.

Onsite presence is essential for effective collaboration and fostering our dynamic team environment. We have a hybrid model of working (weekly 1 day remote option). Our office is located in Seregno, Italy.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Establish, expand and acquire new customers as the first point of contact for comprehensive customer support Actively visit and support existing customers Prepare customer inquiries for processing by the back office Manage and further develop Emerson’s market position by understanding the customer’s business drivers & goals and keeping up to date with their situations Prepare and be responsible for an annual booking budget by product / value / period Understand and work in team project form for integrated requests Participate in relevant industry eventsWho You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering / technical field or equivalent experience Proven sales / business development experience in a B2B technical environment Background in industrial automation /process industries Affinity towards technology and innovations and technical understanding, ideally DCS systems CRM & MS Office tools Proficiency in English and Italian language Availability to frequently travel in the assigned territory Driving licensePreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
