Outside Sales Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory Pursue and capture new business opportunities through proactive engagement Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and other networking opportunities within the territory Customer and opportunity prospecting followed by deal closing Accountability for the performance of orders and sales for the defined territory Interacting with marketing, product managers, engineers and supply chain to provide feedback on market, or customer, needs and dynamics Partner with our global marketing team and industry managers to execute local activities Work together with proposal engineers and project managers on complex automation solutions  Salesforce.com CRM based orders forecasting

You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You quickly and decisively take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You push yourself and help others achieve results.

For This Role, You Will Need:

University education – completed technical studies with preference in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Engineering Working knowledge of valves and industrial automation systems.  Sales experience in adjacent industries may be considered for the right candidate (information & operations technology / electrical / industrial or manufacturing software / MES & MIS / mechatronics / robotics / instrumentation / OEM equipment) Fluency in English, Hungarian and/or Romanian native Willingness to travel (3-4 days per week, Northwest area of Romania & Bucharest) Motivated and initiative personality
