Don’t hesitate to apply! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Establish, expand and acquire new customers as the first point of contact for comprehensive customer support + Actively visit and support existing customers + Prepare customer inquiries for processing by the back office + Manage and further develop Emerson’s market position by understanding the customer’s business drivers & goals and keeping up to date with their situations + Prepare and be responsible for an annual booking budget by product / value / period + Understand and work in team project form for integrated requests + Participate in relevant industry events **Who You Are:** You actively listen and check for understanding, and you adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse partners.
