Outside Services Attendant Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing the highest level of professionalism and customer service for our members and guest Stage rental golf carts in a clean and organized and promptly manner Cleans golf carts thoroughly before and after use Returns personal belongings left in golf cars to the golf shop Charges golf carts after use Reports any golf cart damage immediately Rotates golf carts used to maintain an even usage of all the golf carts Performs any required cart maintenance as needed Maintains records of cart maintenance Set up driving range bag stands and supply golf balls for each station Retrieves balls from range and washes them before their next use Retrieves broken golf carts from the golf course Performs all opening & closing tasks such as securing all golf carts and range balls Complies with departmental grooming standards Works a variety of shifts, as needed to include nights, weekends, and/or holidays Complies with departmental and Club policies and procedures Performs all other duties as assigned within job scope

 

Outside Services Attendant Minimum Qualifications:

Golf knowledge preferred High school diploma or equivalent Customer Service Experience preferred

Outside Services Attendant Minimum Critical Skills:

Ability to communicate and relate to a wide variety of people Ability to understand and follow verbal/written instructions Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Willingness to provide exceptional service to members and guests Ability and/or experience driving a golf cart

Outside Services Attendant Physical Requirements:

Standing and walking 80% of shift. Bending and stooping 10% of shift. Ability to lift, carry, or move from 1 pound up to 50 pounds for 5% of shift. Driving a golf cart 90% of shift.
