Outside Construction Sales - Commercial Roofing

Nations Roof is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Sales Professional with a hunter mindset to fuel our commercial roofing growth in Houston. If you're a high-energy closer with a proven track record of prospecting, selling services to key decision-makers that are in charge of managing budgets for business services or multiple existing buildings construction budgets and cultivating long-term client relationships—this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

 What You’ll Do:

Drive new business—actively prospect, network, and engage new B2B accounts in your territoryBe the go-to expert for roofing solutions on commercial and industrial buildingsWork directly with property managers, CFOs, and facility directors to win trust and secure budgetsPrepare and present solutions-based proposals, estimates, and service agreementsNegotiate contracts and align them with client needs and business goalsConduct site visits to existing buildings, providing on-site assessments and recommendationsClimb ladders and access flat commercial roofs to evaluate conditions and gather project detailsCollaborate closely with the Operations Team to ensure successful project planning, execution, and customer satisfactionWork independently to manage your territory, while also contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environmentBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive recurring revenueUse CRM tools to manage pipeline, track progress, and follow up on leads

 

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of B2B sales experience in similar services in the commercial/industrial sectorBackground in or familiarity with commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, etc.) a major plusProven ability to engage and influence key decision-makers at the executive levelValid driver’s license and an insurable driving record (required)Willingness and ability to climb ladders, multiple stairwells, and walk flat commercial roofsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic, fast-paced scheduleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platformsAbility to work independently, take initiative, and own your sales pipelineA collaborative mindset and eagerness to partner with operations, project managers, and fellow team members to deliver top-tier results
