What You’ll Do:Develop new B2B client relationships within your assigned territoryConduct outside sales visits, cold calls, and lead generationPresent Ōnin Staffing’s value proposition to decision-makersBuild and maintain strong client partnerships through excellent service and follow-upCollaborate with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful client onboardingTrack activities and opportunities in CRM (e.g., Pipedrive)
