Description We are looking for a dedicated Outreach Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the transition to an electronic timesheet system by providing education and assistance to participants and workers. This position requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure a smooth and successful implementation. Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls to participants and workers to explain the transition to electronic timesheets. • Guide individuals through the registration process for electronic timesheets, ensuring accuracy and ease. • Provide detailed education on how to use the new electronic system, addressing any questions or concerns. • Manage and document follow-up actions in the internal system to ensure commitments are met. • Respond to inbound calls and inquiries related to the electronic timesheet system. • Schedule appointments as needed to assist participants and workers with their transition. • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and organized records. • Communicate effectively via email to provide updates, instructions, and support. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to track progress and create documentation. • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and build trust during the transition. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, outreach, or a related role. • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on detail and accuracy. • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail. • Experience with email correspondence and scheduling appointments. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and tracking purposes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to address concerns and provide solutions.
