Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Community Manager to oversee and manage the collaboration between our team and a network of content creators. In this role, you will serve as the main link between our clients, internal teams, and creators, ensuring the smooth execution of content-driven campaigns based on client briefs.
Main Responsibilities
+ Act as the main point of contact between content creators and the internal team.
+ Receive campaign briefs from clients and communicate the requirements clearly to content creators.
+ Identify and select suitable content creators based on campaign goals and target audience.
+ Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals throughout the content production process.
+ Review content submissions for alignment with the brief before sending them to clients.
+ Collect client feedback and ensure revisions are communicated and implemented effectively.
+ Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with content creators and ensure a smooth collaboration process.
+ Track and report on campaign progress and content delivery timelines.
Requirements
+ Experience in community management, influencer/content creator coordination, or campaign management
+ Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in the music and entertainment industry.
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple creators and projects simultaneously.
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
+ Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
