Outpatient General Neurology NP or PA
Overview Dartmouth Health is seeking a compassionate and motivatedNurse Practitioner (NP)orPhysician Assistant (PA)to join ourOutpatient General Neurologyteam. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with neurologists in a collaborative, patient-focused environment, evaluating and managing a wide range of neurological conditions. What We Offer: * Competitive salary * Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, retirement, CME allowance * Predictable schedule – no nights, weekends, or call * Opportunities for subspecialty exposure and professional growth * Academic appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College What You’ll Do: * Perform comprehensive neurological evaluations and follow-up visits in an outpatient setting * Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests, including neuroimaging and lab work * Develop individualized treatment and management plans in collaboration with supervising physicians * Provide patient education on diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive strategies * Coordinate care with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient management * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Qualifications: * Ability to obtain/maintain licensure as an NP or PA in New Hampshire * National certification as an NP or PA * At least two years of independent clinical experience * Demonstrated interest in neurology * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, the academic medical center for the Dartmouth Health system, is home to a breadth of clinical specialties, clinics, programs, facilities, and leading edge research initiatives.
