Job Description
Outlet Manager – Waterpark
This position is responsible for leading the assigned dining venue operations in the Waterpark. He/she is responsible for supervising a team on their daily tasks, training, plans, and organizes operational needs, and delivers exceptional customer service.
Display a friendly, helpful, and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with our guests and colleaguesEnforce and adhere to all Qatar laws related to health & hygiene, safety & environmental policies, as well as company rules and regulationsReport any health & safety concerns or incidents to management to minimize risk and maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for all guests and colleaguesListen actively and respond to guest feedback as well as assess and review guest satisfaction results and trends to continuously improve and exceed guest expectationsAssist with the preparations of special events when neededEnsures compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards, and procedures by training, supervising, follow-up, and hands-on managementContinually seek methods to control operating costsEnsure any broken or damaged equipment is reported and monitored effectivelyReview the accuracy of any checklists and records completed in his/her areaManage food and beverage inventory, ordering, and stockingDevelop services and products across the departmentActively seek ways to maximize the revenue of the outletMaintain high-quality standards in the operationsQualifications
Relevant experience in a similar position or Assistant Outlet Manager for at least 3 yearsDiploma in F&B, Hotel Management or HospitalityFood Hygiene and HACCP CertificateExcellent communication and leadership skills
