The main duties and responsibilities of this role: + Oversee beach operations of Summersalt Beach Club to ensure efficiency, policy compliance, and delivery of exceptional service. + Maintain strong guest relations, review feedback regularly, and uphold professional grooming standards across the team. + Drive consistent implementation of Jumeirah F&B standards and take corrective action where needed. + Monitor outlet profitability, identify operational gaps, recommend solutions, and implement improvements. + Lead team development through training, coaching, and performance management to achieve departmental goals. + Represent the outlets in all aspects during the absence of senior leadership, including financials and escalations. **About You:** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + Two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone/branded beach club. + Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable). + Good financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and increasing profitability. + Experience leading a multi-cultural team. **About the Benefits:** We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
