We currently have an opportunity for a Cafe Manager. Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes at Kitchen Cafe – Sunshine Coast University Hospital (SCUH). Reporting to the Retail Services Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Lead daily operations of the retail café, ensuring consistent service and product quality.
Manage food and beverage standards, promotions, and compliance with franchise guidelines.
Drive customer service excellence and foster strong landlord relationships.
Oversee team performance, rostering, and training to meet operational needs.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet revenue and cost targets.What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in hospitality or retail café management, ideally within a franchise environment.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
Sound knowledge of food safety, OH&S, and compliance standards.
Proficiency in rostering, inventory control, and POS systems.
