Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle billing and cash transactions efficiently and accurately.Operate POS systems and manage daily cash flow.Ensure correct billing for all products/services rendered.Maintain accurate records of transactions, receipts, and cash register balances.Work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter.Follow all hotel policies regarding cash handling and guest service.Prepare daily cashier reports and submit them to accounts or relevant departments.

QualificationsPrevious experience as a cashier, preferably in a city hotel or F&B outlet.Basic knowledge of accounting and financial procedures.Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.Trustworthy, punctual, and well-groomed.
