We are looking for a driven and energetic Outbound Sales Representative to help expand our Food & Beverage business in Poland. Based in our vibrant office in Terrassa, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, re-engaging past customers, and opening doors to exciting new business opportunities.

Role Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with new prospects to drive qualified leads for the Sales teamRe-engage past customers and uncover new business opportunitiesConduct market research on potential clients and identify new sales channelsQualify leads from other Donaldson divisions with potential for cross-sellingSupport digital sales via Click-to-Chat service and online campaignsCollaborate with Area Sales Engineers to schedule impactful client visitsContribute to the success of targeted promotional campaigns

Minimum Qualifications:

A natural people-person who thrives on phone calls and enjoys making connectionsStrong organizational skills and a proactive approach to meeting sales goalsTechnically curious and quick to understand new products and solutionsConfident in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication toolsNative-level Polish and fluent English are essential
