A client with Kforce is seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant II to join their team in Plano, Texas. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days a week onsite required. Summary: Our organization is seeking an experienced Acquisition Support Contractor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on acquisition customers that need to renew. The successful candidate will be required to provide exceptional customer service to clients and work closely with the acquisition teams. Responsibilities: * Managing an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on retention customers * Providing exceptional customer service to clients * Collaborating with the retention and attach teams * Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor when communicating with clients * Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are resolved * Keeping detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
