Outbound Sales Consultant II
A client with Kforce is seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant II to join their team in Plano, Texas (TX). This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days a week in office required. Summary: This person will be managing an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on retention customers: * Providing exceptional customer service to clients * Collaborating with the retention and attach teams * Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor when communicating with clients * Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are resolved keeping detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system * 80% outbound motion/20% inbound * This role is the first line of defense calling out to current and potential customers
