Outbound Sales Consultant
Description Company Name: Intuit Inc Seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing New Business Sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Executives (AEs) by generating qualified sales pipeline and helping to move Mailchimp’s business upmarket. You will be responsible for engaging prospective mid-market customers and identifying opportunities to introduce them to the value of our omnichannel marketing platform. Outbound selling motion where you may be calling out to customers already engaged on our platform and doing outreach in hopes of getting them to upgrade or move from a free account to paid account. Candidates Will mostly be responsible for calling out to current and potential customers looking to qualify and schedule them to meet with an Account Executive. As the first line of communication with prospects and current customers, ideal candidates have a strong understanding of the sales process, starting new relationships, and setting our Account Executives up for success. Own initial discovery conversations with prospective customers Dissect and qualify prospects' business goals to determine if Mailchimp can be a strategic investment for their business' growth Translate Mailchimp’s features into benefits for the customer Offer competitive insights as to why Mailchimp is, or is not, a good fit for each prospective customer’s needs Meet /exceed defined productivity and quality metrics Skills call center, outbound, customer service, sales, customer service, outbound sales, business development Top Skills Details call center, outbound, customer service, sales, customer service, outbound sales, business development Additional Skills & Qualifications Level 3 – 3+ years of sales experience Level 4 – 5+ years of sales experience and strong job tenure. Needs saas experience or experience selling into small businesses 3+ years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably within a B2B, SaaS environment. Proven ability to hit or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment. High level of business acumen and a foundational understanding of marketing concepts. Strong drive for results and the ability to deal with ambiguity. Experience with CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platform (Outreach) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) Tech savviness and ability to maneuver through systems and adapt quickly Working knowledge of Salesforce goes a really long way Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.85 - $30.00/hr.
