Making inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding paymentsProviding a high level of customer service with empathy and professionalismSpeaking with customers experiencing financial difficulties and collecting key informationNegotiating affordable payment plans in line with company policiesReferring vulnerable customers to relevant internal departments or support agenciesMaintaining accurate customer records and updating the CRM systemSupporting customers with advice and signposting where appropriateWhat we’re looking for:
