Our client, _a global leader in the logistics industry_ , is seeking a **Outbound Customer Logistics Project Manager** to join their team, fully onsite, in **Maplewood, MN** . As a Global Logistics Customer Project Manager, you will be part of the Global Logistics department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** $71/HR + Benefits
**Contract Duration:** 12-Months
**Job Function:**
+ Reports to Global Logistics, ensuring strategic alignment across cross-functional teams, leading vehicle utilization optimization for Customer Shipments.
+ Leverages Power BI analytics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in Customer Load Factor Metrics (LFM), with a goal of improving baseline performance to an 80% vehicle utilization rate.
+ Develops decision-support tools, including prioritization matrices, process maps, and implementation timelines to accelerate the rollout of load factor initiatives.
+ Partners with Americas Domestic Transportation to ensure consistent operational execution of improvement plans at sites to drive measurable improvements in shipping efficiency.
+ Leads deployment of Customer Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) optimization initiatives and increases pick to pallet ratio at US Distribution Centers to 65%.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
+ Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
+ Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
+ Effective communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
+ Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency.
