You Are:

UST HealthProof is searching for a highly motivated Outbound Call Center Team Lead to join our team. As an Outbound Call Center Team Lead, you will lead a team of 12–20 outbound call center agents, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our healthcare clients. You will champion a customer-first culture, ensuring every interaction reflects empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to improving the member experience.

 

The Opportunity:

·       Instill a strong customer-first mindset across the team by modeling empathetic communication, active listening, and a commitment to resolving member concerns with care and urgency.

·       Manage, coach, and develop a team of 12–20 outbound call center agents to meet and exceed performance goals.

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions, ensuring alignment with client expectations and a shared focus on member satisfaction.

·       Track and report on key metrics including inventory, productivity, and forecasting to ensure SLA compliance.

·       Partner with clients and internal audit teams to implement a robust quality program that prioritizes the accuracy, clarity, and empathy of every customer interaction.

·       Provide regular coaching and feedback with a focus on enhancing the team’s ability to deliver compassionate, solution-oriented service.

·       Set SMART goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals to support team growth and success.

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What You Need:

·       High School degree or GED Equivalent required.

·       Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

·       Minimum 3 years in healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

·       Skills & Competencies:

·       Demonstrated ability to lead teams in delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on empathy, clarity, and resolution.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to guide teams in handling sensitive healthcare-related conversations with professionalism and compassion.

·       A collaborative and motivational leader who inspires teams to prioritize the customer experience in every interaction.

·       Background in healthcare administration (e.g., medical coding, billing, transcription, or clinical office experience) preferred.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical skills to interpret call center data and performance metrics.

·       Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

·       Comfortable managing change and guiding teams through evolving processes and priorities.

·       Flexible to work shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM ET, including weekends, based on client needs and seasonality.

 

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST HealthProof provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range:  $60,000-$75,000

 

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue up to 16 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses. Certain regular employees may have the potential for quarterly incentive-based bonuses and or commissions depending on role. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
