Outbound Call Center Representative
**Patient Services Outbound Representative (Chicago, IL)** Let your dedication to enhancing lives radiate in this role, where you will serve as the initial point of contact, providing invaluable assistance to patients in activating their ECG Solutions heart monitor. **Your role:** + Engage in outbound phone calls to support patients in activating their monitoring devices and provide technical assistance as needed. + Efficiently manage daily and weekly patient call lists while coordinating with Clinics and Account Executives to address service delays or cancellations. + Contribute to the success of the Patient Services department by meeting key performance indicators and upholding a high standard of quality in a collaborative team-based setting. + Initial training spans 3 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm CST, under the mentorship of an Educator in a structured, hands-on setting. + Following training, you will enter a 12-week ramp-up period, working Monday through Friday from 11:00am-7:30pm CST with a holiday rotation. **You're the right fit if:** + You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Education. + You’ve acquired 6+ months of customer service experience, whether over the phone or in-person. + Your skills include strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong technical acumen, and excellent computer skills, along with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple technical platforms simultaneously while adapting to change with ease. Skills in troubleshooting and providing technical support are preferred. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + You’re an excellent communicator, maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience in all support interactions. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
