The Job
Support the operators by leading the staff and organizing the team. Coordinate daily tasks, schedules and shifts. Monitor the progress of Incident´s resolution to ensure accomplish SLAs. Help on Issue solving, diagnosis and troubleshooting. Lead communications during Critical/High Incidents. Point of contact and escalation to vendors and relevant teams within WarnerMedia. Help OTT Tech Lead on training the operators. Assist Manager to accomplish WM and Team goals. Assist Manager to create/update processes and documentation.
The Daily
