**Job Description Summary**
Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational controls with excellence to deliver accurate actual financial planning, reporting and analysis. Senior level individual contributors requiring in-depth understanding of the business or OTR function and how their role integrates with others.
**Job Description**
Essential Responsibilities :
+ Manage the controllership and financial reporting of projects in accordance with internal control rules.
+ Ensure project accounting is in accordance with Company guidelines; review milestone and liaise with accounting for revenue recognition.
+ Execute monthly and quarterly closing.
+ Analyze the execution performance and propose action plans to improve contract margin and cash profile as well as corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks.
+ Serve as a business partner to the operating team to drive business initiatives, growth, and profitability.
+ Support FP&A team and operating team to develop weekly estimates and operating plan.
Qualifications/Requirements.
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
+ Previous experience in OTR roles.
+ PMX knowledge.
+ Proficient English speaker.
+ SAP knowledge.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
