You will be responsible for order modification and allocation of available stock to customer orders when stock is constrained, delivering against service and fill rate targets.

How you will contribute

You will:

Managing orders and verifying stock levels to make sure order can be fulfilledManaging shipping process, organizing transportation in close cooperation with 3PLBuilding strong relationship with customers and providing best in class serviceSolving problems which may occur during order managing processAlways looking to improve ways of working

What you will bring

Previous experience in Customer Service and / or logistics will be a big plusFluency in English (B2 / C1)Business acumen Good organization and problem solving skillsSAP knowledge and MS Excel will be a plusGeneral understanding of order to cash role will be a plus
