Responsibilities:

Processing all matters related to price implementation and order processing.

Planning, organizing, and effectively managing the assigned client portfolio

Ensuring key aspects of work are met and delivered to end recipients

Regularly updating existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and creating new ones if required

Providing information to external and internal auditors

Reporting problems exceeding the competencies of the current position to the supervisor in a timely manner.

Requirements:

1 year of experience in the OTC process

Good organizational skills

Attention to detail and results-oriented

Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and make key decisions based on limited information

Communicative level of English

Good knowledge of Excel.
