OTC Disputes Agent with French (Warsaw, Poland, hybrid/remote)
Location: first 1 months - hybrid; later fully remote (with office access in Warsaw, Poland)
The Job:
Dedicated Region: FranceResponsible for the end-to-end management of dispute cases for an assigned portfolio of customers.Conduct detailed deduction analysis by identifying root causes and report findings.Create and track dispute cases using the company’s ERP systems, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.Raising Credit Notes.Participating in meeting with customers.Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers (internal and external) and stakeholders.Provide prompt and professional responses to all customer inquiries related to disputes.Act as a primary point of contact, maintaining effective communication and collaboration with customers throughout the dispute resolution processCooperating closely with other departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service.The Person:
Higher Degree - Business, Finance, Systems or Related.Work experience in a similar role - OTC (order-to-cash) experience or related, like Finance, accounting, cash collection.Analytical skills for deductions investigation.Experience in logistics, supply chain will be a plus.SAP experience (knowledge of S4Hana system will be a great advantage).Able to work within a defined process.MS Excel.Advanced French, strong English language.Pro-client approachGood interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate within a matrix organization.Proactive and willingness to learn new skills.Good Time Management / Prioritization skills.Attention to detail and great interpersonal skills.We offer:
