Responsibilities:

Collections ManagementResolving customer financial inquiries professionally and efficientlyManaging due and overdue balances through Collections Workflow toolsAddressing and resolving discrepancies (Quantity, Price, Warranty, Customer, Freight, etc.)Financial Reporting & DocumentationPreparing and distributing customer account statementsGenerating timely reports including Past Due reports and ForecastsCreating and maintaining comprehensive desktop proceduresProcess Improvement & CollaborationIdentifying opportunities for continuous process improvementEscalating and following up on issues through appropriate channelsEnsuring Key Performance Indicators are met and service excellence is maintained

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant work experienceProficient knowledge of SAP systemsFluent English communication skills (both written and verbal); additional language proficiency is advantageousAdvanced Excel skillsStrong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills
