Salary: $108,000 - $130,000

 

Position Summary

This position is primarily responsible for conducting early start assessments Writing treatment plans with assessment summary, goals, and recommendations. They may also be required to provide direct occupational therapy and collaborate with other direct therapy providers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

 

Conduct assessments with clients to provide treatment recommendations and support. Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation according to ethical, professional, payor, regulatory, and company requirements (including the client file and service documentation: intake paperwork and treatment plans). Create treatment plans according to payor and company standards for assessment results and recommendations for services. Provide direct therapy and/or collaborate with other direct therapy providers. Strive for client satisfaction with services, taking all appropriate steps to establish and maintain effective therapeutic rapport. 

Qualificiations

Masters DegreeState License or in process of obtaining license for Occupational Therapy Preferred - At least two years in field

Qualifications

Education Requirements: Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
